ContentExperts.ai provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:
We offer Monthly ($19.99/month) and Annual ($199.99/year) subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
Domain name registration is available as a separate yearly purchase at $35/year. Monthly plan subscribers who require a domain name must purchase it as a yearly package.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
We guarantee initial website delivery within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form and all necessary materials. This guarantee applies to standard website builds and may not apply to projects requiring custom features, third-party integrations, or extensive content that has not been provided.
Change requests are included in your subscription plan at no additional cost. We make reasonable efforts to implement changes promptly. Annual plan members receive priority turnaround on all change requests. We reserve the right to assess additional charges for requests that fall significantly outside the scope of standard updates.
You retain full ownership of all content, images, copy, logos, and branding materials provided by you or created on your behalf. Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of all your website content and assets.
ContentExperts.ai retains the right to use screenshots and descriptions of completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to host content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for all hosted websites. While we make every effort to maintain continuous service, we are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
We perform automatic daily backups and retain backup data for up to 90 days after account cancellation.
Monthly plan subscribers may cancel at any time. Your website will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Annual plan subscribers may cancel at the end of their billing period.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Domain name purchases are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentExperts.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
